Beth Gearing named Vice President, Legal at Delta Hotels and Resorts
In this newly created role, Gearing brings to Delta her broad and deep level of skill sets in hospitality, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture and technology law. Gearing is responsible for managing all of Delta's legal and regulatory matters. Before joining Delta, Gearing was a partner of Blakes in Toronto, where she practiced business law for more than 20 years. Gearing is familiar with the Delta brand having worked directly on various Delta projects while at Blakes. Gearing is a graduate of Western University's law school and the University of Toronto. She has been a member of the Ontario Bar since 1989.
