Hazem MakledBorn in Cairo, Hazem has over 18 years of experience in hospitality industry. He attained a Business Administration Diploma in the United States in 1992 and completed his education in Law at Ain Shams University, Cairo in 1994. Makled began his career in hospitality with Hilton International as a guest service agent during the opening of the Makkah Hilton Hotel, a 650-room property, in 1995. Later, he developed his career holding various positions in Front Office Departments before being appointed as director of guest services at the Sheraton Deira Hotel. In 2005, he moved to the Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort as part of the Sales & Marketing team where he was awarded the top cross seller 2006 in Europe, Africa, and Middle East region.
