Chad ReyesFor the past five years, Mr. Reyes was the front office manager at The Chattanoogan, overseeing 24 employees in the front office department and valet. In 2001, Mr. Reyes joined The Chattanoogan during preopening. He began his career at the hotel as a pastry cook and then began working as a front desk agent. Mr. Reyes was promoted to front desk supervisor after a few months, and then to evening manager. After working as the evening manager for one year, he was appointed to conference floor manager. Two years later, he was promoted to director of security and served in that role for two years.
