Patrick ChiappettaChiappetta joined Denihan in 2010 as Director of Operations for Art and Soul, helmed by two-time James Beard award-winning Chef Art Smith. During Chiappetta’s tenure at Art and Soul, the restaurant received numerous accolades including being named to the “Top 100 Wine Lists in the U.S.” by Wine Enthusiast. Chiappetta began his restaurant career at Bloom Restaurant in Broomfield, Colo. and later made his way to Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder cultivating his innate passion for wine. Before relocating to the east coast, Chiappetta served as the Regional Director of Arizona- based Fox Restaurant Concepts in Denver. An active volunteer, Chiappetta was a mentor Boulder, Colo. for the “I Have a Dream Foundation,” an organization that motivates and empowers children from low-income communities. He spent eight months in Granada, Nicaragua working with local children while consulting at Café Chavalos, a restaurant operated by troubled youths. Chiappetta is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys running marathons and completing Ironman triathlons. A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, he received a degree in History and Secondary Education.
