Carlos BuenoCarlos Bueno joined the Pyramid Hotel Group and the Boston Harbor Hotel in January 2012 as Director of Food and Beverage, and has been instrumental in energizing the food and beverage operation with new programming while promoting the service culture of the Boston Harbor Hotel. With a strong background in luxury hotel food and beverage operations, Mr. Bueno brings 16 years of industry experience to this role. Prior to joining the team at the Boston Harbor Hotel, he held food and beverage leadership roles with the Waldorf Astoria and the Four Seasons in New York City, The Ritz-Carlton in San Juan, Puerto Rico, The Ritz-Carlton in Dallas, Texas, The Plaza New York City and The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver.
