Deborah ValloranoBased in New York, Deborah will be responsible for managing key corporate accounts as well as building important sales networks, in the Leisure and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) markets. Deborahs appointment allows Pan Pacific Hotels Group to expan d customer relationships across key source markets. Directly complementing the Groups Global Sales Office in San Francisco, it strengthens the Groups capability in supporting global customers at a local level and building awareness of its Pan Pacific and PARKROYAL brands across North America, so as to drive growth in the Corporate Transient, Leisure and MICE business segments. Deborah joins Pan Pacific Hotels Group with over 20 years of experience in corporate sales, events and conferencing across the USA. Most recently, Deborah spent six years as National Sales Manager for Destinations Hotels and Resorts, the third largest independent hotel company in North America, where she consistently surpassed yearly transient and group sales targets. Deborah was also responsible for training all new hires on Corporate Transient Sales and headed a team that promoted the sharing of best practices and sales techniques for the Business Travel market within the company.
