Joe Reardon named Vice President of Business Development at Hotel Equities Group, LLC
He oversees the development team, negotiates management contracts and evaluates the financial feasibility of the firm’s acquisition opportunities. His responsibilities include utilizing the existing portfolio of 50+ hotel assets as a platform for rapid growth with current and potential owners.Mr. Reardon brings more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry to his new post. He came to Hotel Equities from Alliance Hospitality where he served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing and oversaw Sales and Marketing, along with Business Development, for the firm’s extensive portfolio. Prior to joining Alliance, he served five years as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Noble- Interstate Group and Noble Investment Group where he managed a nationwide portfolio of hotels.
