Phillip HallerReporting directly to yoo Hotels’ CEO Marco Nijhof, Phillip assumes his role effective immediately, with a brief specifically to implement creative and targeted marketing strategies for yoo Hotels. Phillip brings with him over 20 years’ experience in luxury branded hospitality marketing, joining most recently from Salvatore Ferragamo’s Lungarno Collection of luxury hotels, where he held the position of VP of Marketing and Brand development. Phillip cut his marketing teeth with senior marketing roles and with a track record of successful launches, relaunches and repositioning projects for prestigious properties including Reid’s Palace, Madeira (an Orient Express Hotel), San Roque Club (Cadiz, Spain) and Forte Village (Sardinia). He joined Boscolo Hotels in 2002 and together with Marco Nijhof, who held the position of COO at the time, successfully relaunched the brand, elevating the offering to a luxury 5* market position. Phillip has extensive experience consulting for luxury hospitality brands, working with Alain Ducasse on his Les Auberges collection and Mandarin Oriental, amongst others. He is also a well-respected industry expert, sitting on the Marketing board for the Global Hotel Alliance.
