Domingo Velasco has been appointed as director of sales and marketing for The Mark Hotel, New York. Velasco joins the hotel from five years at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts where he was was area director of sales and marketing. His experience also covers time at Orient Express, Rocco Forte Hotels and Relais & Chateaux.
