Michael C. Sturman named Director at The Center For Hospitality Research (CHR) at The Cornell School Of Hotel Administration
The appointment was announced by Dean Michael Johnson, who explained that Sturman is overseeing a broader reorganization of the school's centers and institutes to better serve both academics and industry practitioners. In addition to his new role as CHR director, Sturman is Associate Dean for Faculty Development and is The Kenneth and Marjorie Blanchard Professor of Human Resources. Widely published in human resources journals, his research focuses on the prediction of individual job performance over time and the influence of compensation systems.
