Clarissa Cox has been promoted Rooms Division Manager at The Somerset on Grace Bay

Cox has been on staff at The Somerset on Grace Bay since January 2010, initially as a Reservationist and later as Executive Administrator. As the Rooms Division Manager, she will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of the Front of House, including reception, concierge, airport greeting staff and bell desk, as well as the beach and Kids Club activities. Cox, who grew up on Providenciales , has more than 8 years experience in the hospitality industry and several hospitality certifications. She earned a Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Campbell University in North Carolina and Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality & Tourism Administration from North Carolina Central University in Durham.
