With 15 years of experience, Neff is a hotel industry expert specializing in the application of business intelligence to enhance hotel performance and improve ROI. Before coming to nSight, Neff built and led the North American sales team at innRoad, a high-energy hotel software solution provider. Prior to innRoad, Neff led the Western, Mid-Western, and Northeast regions at TravelClick where he specialized in new account acquisition and customer development for its portfolio of business intelligence products.
