Lee joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts in 2005 as the Account Director of Starwood Sales Organization in Seoul. Her key role involved managing Korean national corporate accounts by providing corporate travel solutions and conducting preferred hotel programs, achieving over USD 19 million in revenue for the year 2012. As Seoul is one of the top MICE destinations in Asia Pacific, Lee continued to drive new MICE and transient business, also promoting new opening properties especially in Asia Pacific to generate revenue to Starwood Hotels & Resorts worldwide. She started her career in the hospitality industry in 1998. Lee has showed her potentials as a successful sales associate through increasing sales revenue by more than 30% within one year by focusing on project-based companies, relocating expatriates and MICE business through PCOs/DMCs.
