Mark BursonBurson returns to Hawai'i (Kaua'i) from the Embassy Suites in Montgomery, Alabama, where he was Assistant General Manager. Prior to that, he held various senior management positions at the Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Walk and Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort. No stranger to the kitchen, he was Executive Chef at Hanalei Bay Resort and held chef positions at Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa and the Westin St. John. He has also worked abroad at locations including Malaysia, Guam and Germany.
