Appointed Senior Vice President, Human Capital & Development
At Pan Pacific Hotels Group in Singapore, Singapore
Based at the corporate headquarters in Singapore, Andreas will lead the Human Capital & Development team to focus on Pan Pacific Hotels Groups leadership talent and capability development as the Group expands its global portfolio under its Pan Pacific and PARKROYAL brands. Andreas will also be responsible for enhancing employee engagement and service excellence standards across the Groups 38 hotels, resorts and serviced suites in Asia, Oceania and North America.
Andreas joins Pan Pacific Hotels Group with more than 30 years of Human Resources experience in the hospitality i ndustry as well as from private and public sector organisations in Asia Pacific, Middle East and North America.
Prior to his appointment, Andreas was Head of Human Resources and Organisational Development at Raffles Hotels & Resorts for six years. During this time, he successfully drove the companys employee engagement as well as talent acquisition, development and retention strategies, and led the refinement of the Raffles service culture.
Andreas has previously held senior management positions in Human Resources with Hilton, The Hong Kong & Shanghai Hotels Group and the Hong Kong Jockey Club. Early in his career, he also served as a Principal Consultant in the areas of Human Resources, Change Management and Organisational Design for PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting, Asia Pacific.
