Bana Toukan has been appointed Director of Sales & Marketing at Hyatt Capital Gate in Abu Dhabi
Bana Toukan has joined the team at Hyatt Capital Gate as the new director of sales and marketing. In her new role, Toukan will be responsible for the planning and induction of sales and marketing strategies, while tapping into relevant local and international market segments for business opportunities. Toukan, who brings more than 12 years of experience to her role, began her career with Grand Hyatt Amman in 2002, where she steadily grew from sakes executive to director of sales and marketing before being transferred to Abu Dhabi. She is an alumnus of Appalachian State University, Boone – NC, USA, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Applied Communications. Prior to joining the hospitality industry, Toukan worked with Appalachian Loyalty Fund in the United States.
