Bradley AnderholmPrior to joining the executive team at the popular lakeside destination, Anderholm had served as Food and Beverage Director at Callaway Gardens Resort, as well as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Operations at the highly revered Buckhead Life Restaurant Group. His impressive resume also includes such well-known hospitality management companies as Delaware North Companies, Crestline Hotels & Resorts, and DNC Parks & Resorts Services for California’s renowned Yosemite National Park. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Gustavus-Adolphus College and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. Over the course of his career, Anderholm has served on the Board of Trustees for the University of California, and as a Board Member for the Yosemite Association, Yosemite Fund, Marriott International’s Food and Beverage Advisory Board, Georgia Hospitality and Travel Association, Atlanta Convention and Visitor’s Bureau and the Atlanta Community Food Bank. He has also fulfilled the Finance Chair position of Share our Strength – Taste of the Nation and taught as an adjunct instructor at the Art Institute of Atlanta.
