For the last two years, Chef Johnson held the position of Executive Chef at Huvafen Fushi Resort in the Maldives. Previous experience also includes roles as Head Chef at the Press Club Group in Melbourne and Executive Chef at Sebel Resort Hawkesbury Valley in New South Wales. With a focus on using the freshest ingredients, highest quality local produce, his contemporary style is influenced by both Asia and the Mediterranean.
