Stefan ReschFormerly the chef de cuisine at the well-known Restaurant “New York Grill & Bar“ at Park Hyatt Tokyo, Stefan Resch now returns to his roots in Austria and will be responsible for the culinary line of Park Hyatt Vienna, opening in June 2014. With his years of gastronomy experience – he has worked at the well-known Hotel Swiss Hotel Baur au Lac – Stefan Resch will be looking after a team of thirty chefs.
