Michael Caruso named Vice President of Global Sales at econnect, inc.
Reporting to Chief Operating Officer George DiGrandi, Mr. Caruso will manage the global sales team as eConnect expands worldwide. Mr. Caruso will ensure eConnect customers in the hospitality and casino gaming market get the software tools they need to realize the untapped potential of eConnect's powerful Video Centric Big Data software. With over two decades of industry experience, Mr. Caruso joins eConnect after shepherding the Hospitality Solutions Group (HSG) of Agilysys through several acquisitions and divestitures transforming Agilysys from a hardware integrator to a global leader in hospitality technologies such as InfoGenesis and Lodging Management System (LMS). In his role as the Casino/Resorts Sales Director, Mr. Caruso lead teams that supported many of the worlds most respected companies including; MGM Resorts, Wynn, Caesars Entertainment, Las Vegas Sands and more. During his 25 years at the company Michael worked on projects valued at hundreds of millions in technology sales and he and his team were often recognized as the top revenue producers.
