Kevin Detz has been appointed Senior Vice President – Corporate Controller at Aimbridge Hospitality
Prior to joining the Aimbridge team, Detz was Vice President of Goldman Sachs, where he worked with the Archon Hospitality platform for the past seven years to oversee accounting and reporting for approximately 300 select service hotel properties. He also spent six years in public accounting at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen and is a CPA. Kevin Detz comes highly recommended from his past employers and is uniquely qualified for his new role at Aimbridge. Detz will lend his support to Teresa Simmonds and Mary Helen Hicks as they continue their efforts to build the best property accounting group in the industry. Detz will also assist Michael Grant in transitioning various property-related functions, allowing Grant to focus on new accounting demands as a result of Aimbridge’s recent combination with Lee Equity.
