Francesco GallettiOriginally from Tuscany, Italy, Franceso began his career in hospitality almost 22 years ago working in hotels in his hometown. In 2002 Francesco moved to Berlin and spent three years as Restaurant Manger for leading Italian hotel brand Jolly Hotels. Francesco moved to London in 2005 and gained various hospitality experiences in renowned hotels including The Langham Hotel where he worked as Food and Beverage Supervisor. He was also employed by Morton’s Exclusive Private Club where he worked as Assistant Restaurant Manager and held Restaurant Manager positions at Avista Fine Dining Restaurant in Mayfair and The Fifth Floor Restaurant at Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge.
