Machille Pedro has been appointed Director of Reservations at Aqua-Aston Hospitality

Machille Pedro has been named director of reservations and will oversee the company's central reservations office based in Honolulu. Her primary focus will be developing call center business to assist in achieving revenue growth and profitable operations. She will also be responsible for ensuring her team provides the highest quality customer service to prospective guests. Pedro brings more than 17 years of experience in customer relations, account management and leadership to Aqua. Most recently, she worked for Hawaii-based health plan AlohaCare, where she held the positions of director of provider relations and director of plan operations. Pedro attended Sierra College in Rocklin, California.
