Patrick DuffPatrick Duff has been promoted from Executive Assistant Manager to Resort Manager since joining Indigo Pearl in January 2014. With an internationally diverse working experience spanning over 20 years, Patrick brings a wealth of expertise to Indigo Pearl. Starting his career as Executive Sous Chef in 1989 at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort in Miami, Patrick has developed his career in leading resorts, restaurants and hotels internationally - Beijing, Miami, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Jamaica, Phuket and America. With collective experience spanning his position as Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons, Miami, to Director of Food & Beverage in Fairmont Beijing and Dubai, to Director of Operations at the Swissotel Nai Lert Park in Bangkok, Patrick has now returned to Phuket where he was based in 1997 as an Executive Chef/Director of Food and Beverage at Laguna Beach, Phuket, and now, as Resort Manager at the luxury lifestyle resort, Indigo Pearl.
