Chris Costas Christopher Costas has been appointed Director of Food & Beverage at Silverado Resort and Spa. He formerly served as Director of Restaurants at Omni Resorts Montelucia Resort in Paradise Valley, AZ, where he oversaw five restaurants. A level II Sommelier and a Certified Specialist of Wine, Chris also served as Director of Restaurants at the highly respected Five Diamond Sanctuary Resort on Camelback Mountain which allowed him to create a culture of excellence and deliver on the high expectations of guests at a luxury resort. As the lead sommelier for Princess Cruises, he developed, trained and educated his staff to perform at award winning levels, as well as created memorable wine based programs for his guests making him the perfect fit for Silverado Resort and Spa.
