Tom WolberTom Wolber, senior vice president of Walt Disney World Resort and Transportation Operations, has been named president of Euro Disney S.A.S., the management company of Disneyland Paris. Wolber oversaw all of the 28 resort hotels at Walt Disney World and the property's extensive transportation network. He had only been in that position for a few months. He was appointed in March, as part of a shake-up of the hotel and transportation divisions. Wolber has also overseen a number of complex expansion projects, including the launch of the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy cruise ships. He was instrumental in the Disney Springs master plan and the continued growth of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts' sports business. Wolber helped open Disneyland Paris in 1992. The appointment is effective in September. He is replacing Philippe Gas, who is moving to become general manager of Shanghai Disney Resort.
