Marc Foster has been appointed Director of Sales & Marketing at Silversmith Hotel Chicago Downtown
Foster brings more than 14 years of hospitality sales experience to Silversmith Hotel. He built his career while working for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, where he began as sales manager and worked his way up to associate director of sales. Most recently, Foster acted as city sales manager, overseeing Chicago boutique properties Allegro, Palomar, Monaco and Burnham. During Foster's time with Kimpton Hotels he achieved and exceeded every yearly sales goal since 2003, managing the largest sales goal for the Kimpton Hotels in the Chicago sales team. With a proven track record of success establishing a strong client base through direct and indirect sales, Foster will utilize his in-depth knowledge of developing and maintain relationships to ensure recurring business for Silversmith Hotel.
