Supranational Hotels has bolstered its internal training and development resource with the appointment of Training Consultant Stephanie Watson, cementing their commitment to be the leading provider of hotel distribution technology and sales and marketing representation.
Stephanies core objective for the business is to develop a comprehensive education programme that supports current and future members in their understanding of the brands lauded Central Reservation System (CRS) technology and its integration with the Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and Online Travel Agents (OTA) as part of the Supranational Hotels suite of services.
As part of the brands ongoing commitment to member services and team training, Stephanie is also developing a comprehensive toolkit to include new hotel system knowledge, brand standards and procedures and best practice guidelines.
Stephanie has over 30 years of experience within the hotel industry, working with Mount Charlotte Hotels, Stakis Hotels and Thistle Hotels before originally joining Supranational Hotels in 1997. In her new consultative capacity, Stephanie is now supporting the Supranational Hotels portfolio of over 750 hotels in 95 countries throughout the world with dedicated training.
