Michael ReganRegan most recently served as the hold separate manager on behalf of the Federal Trade Commission, operating the Lumiere Place Casino and Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri, where he was responsible for all assets and the total operation of the property while ownership changed hands as a result of a merger. He ensured the businesses remained viable, competitive and marketable during the extended transition. Regan also has served as a member of the board of directors of Rite Aid Corporation and their audit committee since 2007 and its lead director since 2011. Prior positions have included chief financial officer for Indianapolis Downs LLC, a large casino and horse track facility; and CFO, SVP finance and planning and VP finance and planning for The St. Joe Company, a real estate development and operating company that developed and managed large scale residential and resort communities throughout Florida. Regan also worked for 17 years at Harrah's Entertainment/The Promus Companies (the owner/operator of the Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn and Homewood Suite Hotel brands) as vice president corporate controller; vice president finance, Harrah's Division; controller, Harrah's Tahoe; and manager strategic planning, Harrah's Division. Regan holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in sociology from San Diego State University.
