Amal is also responsible for planning and overseeing outside catering events - from conventional to out-of-the-box, she specializes in the organization, implementation and execution of the most stand-out functions. Amal’s ultimate passion to work in the field of catering and event management proved to be successful when she was promoted to Assistant Director of Catering in 2011.
