Ugur Talayhan has been appointed General Manager at Raffles Hainan
Ugur Talayhan has joined the Raffles Hainan team as general manager, responsible for the operations, performance, and strategic direction of the hotel. Talayhan started in the hotel industry as a chef de partie at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and most recently held the position of general manager at the Westin Xi’an.
