Tariq Aboudi has been appointed group director of human resources and training for Ayla Hotels. He brings with him over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Aboudi has also served as human resources and training manager at Sharjah Premiere Hotel & Resort and Jumeirah Rotana Hotel.
