In this role, Jones will oversee operations of the Revenue Management for Hire service offered by SHR. SHR provides outsourced revenue management for hotels of all sizes and brand affiliations. Jones will also take on special projects related to other SHR products such as WindsurferCRS. Jones has over 15 years of experience in the field, including a decade of experience as an on-site revenue manager for various branded properties and over six years of experience overseeing revenue management for multiple properties at a corporate brand level.
