Brett Krafft Prior to becoming the Hilton Anatole’s hotel manager, Krafft was the property’s director of events for 13 years, director of catering for nine years, and he also held additional management roles within the catering and banquets departments and on-property chef-driven restaurants. During his time as the director of events, Krafft proved success in his role by leading the catering and events teams to produce more than $51 million in annual food and beverage revenue. He also grew the hotel’s top social accounts to a 25% production increase in annual revenues. Throughout the past 27 years of Krafft’s 30-year tenure at the Hilton Anatole thus far, he has solidified internal and external relationships, cultivated new business, driven revenues and provided exceptional service to clients and guests. Krafft resides in Coppell, TX with his wife and two sons and he enjoys golf and snow skiing in his spare time. He has also been very involved with the Hotel Association of North Texas, APEX; Convention Industry Council, Dallas Zoo and other industry organizations over the years.
