Rehan Jaddi has been promoted SVP of Customer Support & Service Solutions at Agilysys, Inc.
Jaddi previously served as vice president of product development engineering at Agilysys. In his new role, his primary responsibilities will be to oversee the company's product support, customer relations and professional services. He will report to Jim Dennedy, Agilysys president and chief executive officer. Jaddi was named vice president of product development engineering at Agilysys in 2012. Prior to joining Agilysys, he was a principal group program manager at Microsoft, with responsibilities for driving product design and delivery from development through customer support. Previously, he served as a consulting manager at Accenture, a global technology services company, and as structural engineer and IT manager at AKB Consulting Engineers, KPFF Consulting Engineers and Millegan & Jaddi Consulting Engineers. Jaddi holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Washington.
