Kate Connor has been appointed Director of Sales at Kimpton’s Tideline Ocean Resort & Spa in Palm Beach
Originally from Atlanta, Connor is a longtime resident of Palm Beach County, and has been a seasoned sales professional and leader within the hospitality industry for almost 22 years when she landed her first sales management position in 1994. Since then, she has worked for the Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors’ Bureau, along with four other area hotels including most recently, the Hilton Cabana in Miami Beach. A proven leader of revenue generation, Connor frequently restructures and redevelops sales organizations to keep pace with the industry’s ever-changing demands and trends. She prides herself in her ability to consistently deliver results. As Tideline’s Director of Sales, she hopes to utilize her close relationships in the destination to make the hotel an inviting place that the community turns to for business meetings, weddings, last-minute getaways, a memorable evening out with friends for drinks or dinner, or a special place to return to year after year. In her spare time, Connor enjoys golfing and cooking with her 15-year-old daughter.
