Madame Casale, the Immediate Past President of Les Clefs d'Or International, the prestigious professional hotel concierge association representing the top concierges in the world, will focus on the education, skills and behaviors essential to exceptional service delivery in any industry in this new role. Madame Casale's work and expertise in the hospitality and tourism industries for more than 30 years has placed her at the top of her profession. She rose to the coveted international leadership of Les Clefs d'Or, with over 4000 members in 60 countries, as only the second woman to do so in 62 years and the first Canadian. Les Clefs d'Or Canada recognized her contributions recently with honorary membership for her leadership and service. Her hospitality career with brands such as Loews, Hyatt, Delta and Sofitel included overseeing the success of 3 hotel openings, international workshops and training in the USA, Japan, New Zealand, London and Qatar and she was a featured speaker at the HORECAVA Event in Amsterdam on the She -Economy. Her passion for education and mentoring future hospitality leaders also inspired her to launch and support student programs in Austria, India, South Africa, Middle East and Indonesia. Madame Casale is a graduate of McGill University in Languages and Literature, with honors in Italian and is fluent in four languages.
