Christophe Gavois French-born Christophe brings with him more than 20 years’ experience from all over the globe, having worked in the hotel industry in London, Palm Beach, Dublin, Cairo, Hampshire, Abu Dhabi and Ajman. In an impressive career that has seen Christophe working in luxury hotels for international chains Four Seasons and Sheraton, he has amassed culinary experience in European, French, in particular Provençale, Caribbean, Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines.
