Nestor SanchezAs food and beverage director, Sanchez will oversee all food and beverage operations of the resort. Prior to Water's Edge, Sanchez was director of food and beverage at the Crowne Plaza in Saddle Brook, NJ, where he oversaw the pre-opening team for a 168 room hotel with three culinary outlets that was scheduled to open in September 2014. Sanchez brings more than 20 years of hospitality and culinary experience to the Water's Edge Resort & Spa. Prior to the Crowne Plaza in Saddle Brook, he worked at a number of hotels around the country including the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne in Miami, FL, Renaissance Vinoy Resort & Golf Club in St. Petersburg, FL, Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale, FL and Renaissance Westchester Hotel in White Plains, NY.
