Jens Peter Corder Mr. Corder, an Australian national, brings with him more than 25 years of experience gained from holding executive positions in the hospitality industry and specialising in hotel operations; he has an avid interest in food and beverage. He has successfully held executive hotel management positions across different Shangri-La properties in Singapore, Hong Kong, China and, now, India for over eight years. Having begun his career path in the kitchens, Mr. Corder holds a diploma in culinary arts, hospitality and management.
