Alexander Schneider named General Manager at Rixos Palm Jumeirah Hotel and Resort in Dubai
Prior to joining the Dubai property, Schneider had been manager at Abu Dhabi’s Emirates Palace Hotel since 2012. He was previously general manager at Park Plaza Hotel in Bangalore, and has held senior positions at several other hotels. Commenting on his appointment, Schneider said: “I feel very honoured to receive the opportunity to lead this essential property of the Rixos group. Rixos The Palm Dubai is clearly one of the most prestigious properties within the Dubai luxury hospitality market. "Due to Rixos Hotels’ strong and global expansion with new properties in important feeder markets, we will have the opportunity to further grow this incredible destination.” Rixos Hotels and Resorts CEO Bugra Berberoglu added: “We are pleased to welcome Mr Schneider to be manager of one of our most important hotels.
