Ilan ElkaimIlan Elkaim ESSEC IMHI 2008 has been promoted to Associate Director - Acquisitions & Development for Starwood Hotels & Resorts. He now leads Starwood’s development efforts in Brazil. Under his new role, Ilan is responsible for the identification and evaluation of business growth opportunities including management contract, franchise and capital commitment; ensuring that Starwood develops the right brands in the right locations with the right partners. Prior to that Ilan worked in Hotel Development 4 years for Starwood in Brazil and in Brussels and 3 years for Accor in Paris.
