Keith Shearer Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, the UK’s largest independent hotel group, has appointed renowned hotel food and beverage leader Keith Shearer as Group Executive Chef. Keith has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having developed the food and beverage offering at Malmaison and Hotel du Vin. With a strong track record in managing restaurants from concept through to launch, Keith handled the high profile openings of both Bistro du Vin in London’s Soho and an exclusive afternoon tea offering at Liberty London. Keith’s experience also includes over two years with DeVere Group where he directed all food and beverage operations.
