Rachel HowardRachel HOWARD (ESSEC IMHI 2011) has joined Hilton Singapore. She is responsible for the overall management of the Hilton HHonors loyalty program in Asia Pacific, with a specific focus on building the awareness, engagement and advocacy for the brand portfolio across the Asia Pacific markets, increasing active loyalty program membership and driving incremental revenues for both rooms and F&B revenue. Prior to that Rachel was Corporate Head of Brand Management & Services Tauzia Hotel Management based in Jakarta, Indonesia. She joined Tauzia upon graduation.
