Terry Natwick Plantation on Crystal River – a hidden gem on Florida’s Nature Coast – has promoted Terry Natwick as new director of sales and marketing of the 196-room resort from her previous role as group sales manager. Natwick’s responsibilities include shaping and executing all sales and marketing strategies for group and leisure markets; developing new programs to maximize opportunities and exceed revenue goals; management of the public relations and advertising initiatives of the resort and overseeing the performance management, coaching, recruiting and selection of the sales team. Prior to joining Plantation on Crystal River, Natwick was corporate group sales manager, Crowne Plaza Hotel in Greenville, S.C. where she acquired new business accounts with 3M, TD Bank and re-established accounts including GE, U.S. National Guard, Fluor and Michelin. nearly 20-year veteran of the sales industry, Natwick has worked for small privately owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies. She also currently sits as a member of the Crystal River Area Council and is a member of MPI Tampa Chapter and Florida Society of Association Executives. Natwick loves being out on the water, whether it is fresh, salt – or like Crystal River – brackish, and also has a passion for animals. She personally has three rescue dogs and has volunteered with a number of animal rescue programs including the Humane Society, Animal Compassion Network and Community Partnership for Pets.
