Janet Abrahams has been appointed Director of Sales & Marketing at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi
Having worked within the industry for two decades, Abraham’s luxury international hospitality career has taken her around the world to the UAE, Levant, Europe and Asia. She kicked off her sales and marketing career in London and moved into international roles responsible for various properties and numerous brands. Abrahams then moved into country and regional director roles, moving up the career ladder with flagship properties, opening new hotels, rebranding and developing destinations for luxury travel. Enthusing on Abrahams joining the property was general manager, Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Residences Emirates Pearl, Stuart Deeson: “I am delighted to welcome Janet to the Hyatt family and our preopening team at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Residences Emirates Pearl. Her passion for the destination and wealth of successful experience gained within Abu Dhabi, the region and international feeder markets will be invaluable.” Representing one of three properties managed by Hyatt in Abu Dhabi, Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Residences, Emirates Pearl is to be the newest addition to the existing 40 Grand Hyatt hotels worldwide.
