Helmut RoesslerLuna2 is pleased to welcome Helmut Roessler as Food & Beverage Manager. Roessler, a trained mixologist, will oversee the brand’s acclaimed Lunafood & bar service team at beachfront Luna2 private hotel and Luna2 studiotel in Bali. Later this summer he will also manage the launch of Seminyak’s first champagne, caviar and oyster bar: Space champagne & caviar – rooftop bar. Born in Austria, Roessler has been working hospitality, restaurants and night clubs since he was 15 years old at establishments throughout Europe, the US and Asia. His earliest job was an apprenticeship in restaurant operations at Hotel Brandlhof. Afterwards, his developed his career as a bartender and bar manager at Gin House in Austria, Nikki Beach in Spain, Club Shakers in Austria, and The Admirals Cove Club in Florida, US. Before joining Luna2, Roessler was in Shanghai, China, where he was Club & Rooftop Manager for renowned M1NT night club, receiving awards for Best Nightclub (2012, 2013, 2014), and he placed second out of 300 bartenders in the China Monin Cocktail competition. He later became operations manager for the opening of M18.
