Jeff DallasStepStone Hospitality, a premier hospitality management company specializing in full and select-service hotel operations, today announced that Jeffrey Dallas has been named Chief Development Officer. Dallas is charged with continuing to expand StepStone's portfolio. With a career spanning over 30 years in the real estate and hospitality industries, he has experience in single asset and portfolio transactions, joint ventures, management and franchise agreements, asset management, dispositions and recapitalizations. Dallas began his hotel career working in operations for Guest Quarters and Embassy Suites. After going back to school for his master's degree, he served as Director of Hotel Investments, overseeing investment and asset management strategy for a portfolio of properties for Prudential Realty Group. He became a Partner and practice leader for Real Estate and Hospitality Advisory Services with Ernst and Young. He was recruited as Senior Vice president Development for Dallas-based Remington Hotel Corporation before becoming Senior Vice President Business Development, North America for Wyndham Hotel Group, the world's largest hotel company. Dallas earned a Bachelor of Science from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and an M.B.A. from Cornell University's Johnson School of Graduate Management.
