Mark FaganMark Fagan has joined The Domain Hotel and Spa, Bahrain as director of food and beverage. He brings with him 20 years of experience spanning Ireland and Oman. Fagan ‘s expertise includes F&B operations, the management of several outlets at once, financial and cost management in F&B, training and development plans. Previously, he worked with Shelbourne Hotel – A Renaissance Marriott Hotel, Dublin as manager in charge of bars and restaurant. Fagan also previously worked as the pre-opening F&B outlets manager for the Al Bustan – A Ritz Carlton Hotel, Oman. He has a passion for creating signature beverages from fresh, local produce, which have previously been incorporated into the menus of outlets he has overseen in the past. Fagan also enjoys travelling to other countries in order to collect ideas to innovate.
