Carl L. Cohen has been appointed Chief Experience Officer at Denihan Hospitality
Denihan, owner/operator of luxury and upscale boutique hotels in the U.S., has appointed Carl Cohen to the newly created position of chief experience officer. He will report to Brooke Barrett, CEO of Denihan Hospitality, and serve on the company’s executive committee. According to Barrett, Cohen will be responsible for ensuring that the overall customer experience is a key differentiator across Denihan’s portfolio, which includes The James brand, Affinia Hotel Collection and independent Manhattan luxury boutiques The Surrey and The Benjamin.
